According to Police Report: 0700-0730 Christopher Skarina (step-brother) came into the room where she was found and found her in the floor, Tried to wake her by "tickleing" her. "she felt funny & cold" he covered her up and went back to the living room to watch TV beside his "sleeping" father. 1000 Michael gets up and asks were Heather is & Chris tells his Dad she won't get up & he finds her unresponsive and calls 911
