Michael beat me and threw me out of a moving car. I end up in the hospital for several days with multiple injuries. Mike goes to jail but they release him when he threatens to also press charges against me for assault. I had scratched his face so deep he had to have sutures, while fighting him from kicking me out the door of the car into oncoming traffic. I should also say we were living in Denver, Co and had record snowfall that year. It was bitter cold and snow on the roads.
