We are keenly aware of your loss and your interest in and concern for the handling of this case wherein your grand daughter was the victim. Since we received this case a bit more than 4 months ago (April 4), we have had to evaluate the information received, determine what experts may be needed to assist us, meet with the DA to secure funding for these experts and provide information to the experts for their review. Mr. Wilson has done all of these things in a reasonable period of time. I believe we are moving this case forward as quickly as possible, given the fact that we simply can’t control the pace at which experts such as Board Certified Pathologists work. We will do our best to keep you informed as to the progress of this matter; however, what specific information related to evidence in this case and when that information will be released to you is a matter within the judgment of Mr. Wilson.
